Terms of Use
Rx2Go Business OS · Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rx2Go Business OS (the “Service”) — a workplace platform for teams and organizations providing messaging, voice/video, mail, calendar, tasks, and related business tools — provided by Rx2Go (“Rx2Go”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you are authorized to do so.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- The Service is provided to organizations for their members. Accounts are provisioned by your organization — an administrator invites members, who register with an invite code. There is no public self-serve signup and no fee to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account.
2. The Service
The Service provides team communication and collaboration tools. Features and modules available to you depend on what your organization has enabled. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Business / Organization Relationship
Rx2Go Business OS is a business-to-business product. Where an organization provides the Service to you, that organization administers your account and controls the content in its workspace, and your use is also subject to the organization’s own policies and its agreement with Rx2Go. Billing and any paid services (such as business telephony or optional modules) are arranged between the organization and Rx2Go outside the app; there are no in-app purchases.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Send spam or unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or violate messaging/telecom regulations (including A2P/10DLC and anti-spam rules) when using telephony features
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law
- Upload malware or use the Service to infringe the rights of others
5. Your Content
You and your organization retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Rx2Go a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services that you or your organization choose to enable — for example Google (Gmail and Calendar), telephony (Twilio), and AI/language-model providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Use of Google data obtained through the Service complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Device Permissions
Some features require device permissions (such as microphone, camera, and notifications). You may manage these in your device settings, but disabling them may limit functionality.
8. AI Features
AI-assisted features generate output using automated models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Do not submit content you are not permitted to share.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and features may change.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Rx2Go or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended business purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rx2Go will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rx2Go harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Your organization may also disable your account. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by mandatory local law.
17. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
The following applies when you obtain the app through the Apple App Store:
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and Rx2Go only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Scope of license. The license is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and support. Rx2Go, not Apple, is solely responsible for any maintenance and support.
- Warranty. Rx2Go is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Product claims. Rx2Go, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
- Intellectual property. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Rx2Go, not Apple, is responsible for its investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.
- Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
